Omar Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Sciarra in the 2nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Kit Kat FC defense, Emilio Sciarra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Motta. The Kit Kat FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Motta should have stopped the shot. Omar Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Sorrentino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fedele Pasquale got free with Omar Motta in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Omar Motta made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Biagio Nola sent off a good shot on target. Omar Motta was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Emilio Sciarra capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emilio Sciarra really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The supporters of Castagneto Po AFC booed when Kit Kat FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Michael Bäckström didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Omar Motta managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Castagneto Po AFC's Filippo Pinti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Sorrentino in the 33rd minute of play. Filippo Pintis short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Omar Motta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedele Pasquale in the 40th minute of play forced Kit Kat FC's goalkeeper Omar Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Motta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Pasquale, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Fedele Pasquale received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Omar Motta came out and tried to block the shot, but Fedele Pasquale slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 42nd minute. After 45 minutes, Filippo Pinti made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Sciarra in the 48th minute of play forced Kit Kat FC's goalkeeper Omar Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodolfo Dionísio made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filippo Pinti in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Motta saved Kit Kat FC from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Kit Kat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Pinti came free, but Omar Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Pinti in the 58th minute of the match. Omar Motta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filippo Pinti's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. A collision led to Kit Kat FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. In the 70th minute, Emilio Sciarra made a precise shot to the right of Omar Motta. Kit Kat FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Castagneto Po AFC's Federico Ciccone was substituted for Andrea Pinti. Kit Kat FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eraldo Sorrentino ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in Kit Kat FC's zone, Filippo Pinti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Motta came out of the goal and Filippo Pinti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the match, Kit Kat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Pinti came free, but Omar Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Castagneto Po AFC's Filippo Pinti got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute Filippo Pinti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 played minutes Kit Kat FC got a freekick which was hit by Iker Chan. If Donato Vitucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kit Kat FC's zone, Filippo Pinti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Motta came out of the goal and Filippo Pinti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Castagneto Po AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
