The referee ignored Glintung FC's protests and gave Malam Senin a yellow card for diving instead. Malam Senin kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Lev Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ole Meisingset, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Glintung FC defense, Ole Meisingset kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lev Buffon. The Glintung FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lev Buffon should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute, Deng Zhen Chen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glintung FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Glintung FC's Lev Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Glintung FC from getting a goal against them. Jon-Erik Ringvold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deng Zhen Chen in the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Bandit Idaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon-Erik Ringvold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute Doriva Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Deng Zhen Chen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jon-Erik Ringvold. Real Helland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Deng Zhen Chen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deng Zhen Chen was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Real Helland's Bernardo Tofani got a free kick in the 95th minute. Glintung FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
