Renato Velloso made in the 8th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Washington Valadares immediately put the ball in play. Kip William blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodoro Meireles having to make a save. Teodoro Meireles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kip William in the 10th minute. Teodoro Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kip William in the 11th minute of the match. Teodoro Meireles was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kip William showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. If Kip William had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shao Zhou's late challenge caught a Bandeirinha AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shao Zhou helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to La Acade getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Shao Zhou hit a great ball. If Kip William had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. La Acade's attentive David Abaurre managed to snatch the ball when Renato Velloso made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Kip William blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodoro Meireles having to make a save. Teodoro Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kip William, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandeirinha AD's goalkeeper Teodoro Meireles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kip William sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teodoro Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kip William, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 43 minutes, Kip William managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Acade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kip William was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The La Acade fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when La Acade's Kip William looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Bandeirinha AD defense, Kip William kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodoro Meireles. The Bandeirinha AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodoro Meireles should have stopped the shot. If Kip William had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Washington Valadares with Silvinho Oliveira as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 61st minute, Washington Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 minutes, Kip William made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bandeirinha AD's Teodoro Meireles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66thth minute of the game Kip William who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bandeirinha AD's Teodoro Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Kip William cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Teodoro Meireles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 70 minutes of play, La Acade's Kip William made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodoro Meireles was left in no man's land by his defense there! La Acade made a substitution. Felipe Saturnin replaced Kip William. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Felipe Saturnin sped through Bandeirinha AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teodoro Meireles. Teodoro Meireles came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by La Acade's Felipe Saturnin. But to his dismay, Felipe Saturnin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Teodoro Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Saturnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Teófilo Amaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodoro Meireles. Bandeirinha AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teófilo Amaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. 91 minutes into the game, Felipe Saturnin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 16-0. Teodoro Meireles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute, Felipe Saturnin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodoro Meireles was frozen by the shot and now it was 17-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. La Acade fully deserved thier win.
