Mathias de Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. Mathias de Queiroz hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Alejandro Firmin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Telmo de Amorim. Sport Club Mavericks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejandro Firmin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Alejandro Firmin came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Alvi Boton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Firmin couldn't finish the play. In the 37thth minute of the game Honorio Efraim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvi Boton's Afonso Veloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Honorio Efraim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Afonso Veloso. That made the score 3-1 in the 39 minute of play. A hard shot 43 in the game by Honorio Efraim from a close distance when the talented Afonso Veloso managed to make a qualified save. Alvi Boton's players were relieved.

In the 52nd minute of the match Sport Club Mavericks got a corner. Alvi Boton's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. In the 85th minute Santos Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Luizão Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afonso Veloso. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Honorio Efraim put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Afonso Veloso. Enrique Henry in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
