After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Lázár Csiszár managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Lázár Csiszár was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Didier Lafargue breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. R.C. Marseille's Didier Lafargue proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save R.C. Marseille from getting a goal against them. Gusztáv Vásárhelyi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Didier Lafargue came out and tried to block the shot, but Gusztáv Vásárhelyi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Marseille's Ghislain Ménétrier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vendel Sass narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute Mihail Toader shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vendel Sass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean-Marc Buisson during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Didier Lafargue made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Gusztáv Vásárhelyi sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's goalkeeper Vendel Sass, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gedeon Fenyves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didier Lafargue having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Gábor Horváth dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Renan Bouzat ran over to the corner to take the kick. The wind increased when Cyrille Melon made the kick off in the second half. Didier Lafargue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Pucheli in the 72nd minute of play. Cyprien Auguste hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in R.C. Marseille's zone, Gábor Horváth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didier Lafargue came out of the goal and Gábor Horváth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Cyrille Melon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Vendel Sass was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Gábor Horváth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave R.C. Marseille the free kick. Gábor Horváth kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Dániel Tótfalusi was substituted for Gedeon Fenyves. After 81 played minutes Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE got a freekick which was hit by Gábor Horváth. Gusztáv Vásárhelyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didier Lafargue having to interfere. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE made a substitution. Ádám Földes replaced Lázár Csiszár. Didier Lafargue didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dániel Tótfalusi went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE made a substitution. Ignác Dala replaced Rafael László. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
