Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gugu Tande got the match started through his kick off. After taking down the ball on Vascogoianiense FC's corner Aírton Sousa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rafael Maria Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. João Pirani spun around in front of the goal 5 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Holmes FC's goal. After a defensive mix-up in Holmes FC's zone, João Pirani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Maria Navarro came out of the goal and João Pirani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafael Maria Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Monteiro in the 12th minute of the match. With a little luck, Holmes FC's Rafael Maria Navarro got control of the ball when Aírton Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. João Pirani did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Rafael Maria Navarro 16 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Vascogoianiense FC got a corner. Holmes FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aírton Sousa ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 23 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by Matheus Neto. 26 minutes into the match, Holmes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Sousa came free, but Rafael Maria Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Pirani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Maria Navarro having to make a save. 28 minutes into the match, Vascogoianiense FC's João Pirani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Maria Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute of the match, João Pirani tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafael Maria Navarro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Holmes FC's Celedonio Devoto got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pirani in the 33rd minute of play forced Holmes FC's goalkeeper Rafael Maria Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Gilmar Monteiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Maria Navarro was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Sidnei Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Rafael Maria Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilmar Monteiro's shot from short distance in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Pirani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute 康渊霆 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Maria Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Holmes FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Pirani came free, but Rafael Maria Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Gilmar Monteiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Maria Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Vascogoianiense FC's Carlos Eduardo Sergipano was substituted for Bebeto Leal. Vascogoianiense FC made a substitution. Válbson Pontes replaced Falcão de Godoi. If João Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Maria Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aírton Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Zenón Peña hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute João Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Maria Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Pirani took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Maria Navarro. Rafael Maria Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When João Pirani came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Vascogoianiense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Pirani couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute João Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Maria Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Holmes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilmar Monteiro came free, but Rafael Maria Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Pirani in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Maria Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82ndth minute of the game Gilmar Monteiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holmes FC's Rafael Maria Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rafael Maria Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Rafael Maria Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pirani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 minutes of play, Vascogoianiense FC's João Pirani made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Maria Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Vascogoianiense FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
