After 16 minutes of play, Henley Utd's Manolito Gabbiadini made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severino Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute, Joakim Bergsten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Xesc Rallo struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Edvin Jonsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riemannian. Chico Campos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Edvin Jonsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Campos in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Jonsson saved Henley Utd from getting behind. After the first half Henley Utd were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Xesc Rallo made the kick off in the second half. Edvin Jonsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chico Campos, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The corner ended in Espartaco Castaño almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Henley Utd's Edvin Jonsson did a great save. After 63 played minutes Riemannian got a freekick which was hit by Michael Riells. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannes Kjellqvist in the 64th minute of play forced Riemannian's goalkeeper Severino Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Erik Nykvist kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The referee ignored Riemannian's protests and gave Clemente Pareja a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Riemannian's Clemente Pareja got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Riemannian's zone, Rasmus Mårtensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Fernandez came out of the goal and Rasmus Mårtensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
