When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Brennan Johnson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Charles Kristiansson to make any attempt to save it. In the 13th match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Ubarna to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Sune Kleen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurids Baylund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Falck in the 15th minute of play forced DESTROY's goalkeeper Laurids Baylund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles Kristiansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Maradona in the 18th minute of the match. DESTROY were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Mosh Pit's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evaristo Macerio took the corner. Evaristo Macerio made a great header on DESTROY's corner, it was just that Mosh Pit's Charles Kristiansson managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to DESTROY getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Rolando Ubarna hit a great ball. If Michel Ahlström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laurids Baylund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Låsberg in the 36th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Ubarna to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Låsberg in the 43rd minute of play forced DESTROY's goalkeeper Laurids Baylund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DESTROY were furious when Rolando Ubarna was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Maradona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mosh Pit getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jan-Olof Löv hit a great ball. With a little luck, DESTROY's Laurids Baylund got control of the ball when Sune Kleen tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to DESTROY getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Hernan Tello hit a great ball. When Ragnar Sjödin came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Mosh Pit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ragnar Sjödin couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Macerio kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 68 minutes of play, Mosh Pit's Sven Låsberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laurids Baylund was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Jan-Olof Löv took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Laurids Baylund to make any attempt to save it. Armando Maradona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eskil Rolandsson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Mosh Pit's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Erik Vesterberg came free, but Charles Kristiansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DESTROY's Laurids Baylund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Låsberg in the 83rd minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Jan-Olof Löv notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of DESTROY's Laurids Baylund. Laurids Baylund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Mosh Pit supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mosh Pit would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
