DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save DIF LEEDS BK from getting a goal against them. Royal PSG's Edoardo Filippini managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Saul Drew in the 4 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Filippini in the 8th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Nordlander came free, but Tristan Bétourne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Royal PSG's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. DIF LEEDS BK made a substitution. Pál Kormos replaced Henric Persson. Lars Gudmundsson made in the 69th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Saul Drew however managed to control. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Samuel Izard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Royal PSG's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Izard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brazilio Butt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
