Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Caeiro in the 16th minute of the match. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafail Rusev in the 19th minute of play. Armindo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafail Rusev, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim de Barros to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Gervásio Severiano hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Rafail Rusev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valette Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafail Rusev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armindo Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Valette Stars's Armindo Salgado threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guillaume Chaine, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adrien Tanneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim de Barros in the 66th minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper Adrien Tanneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Hăvârneanu in the 94th minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper Adrien Tanneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Oğuzkan Kamuran fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valette Stars's protests and gave Oğuzkan Kamuran a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of VB-Team booed when Valette Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oğuzkan Kamuran didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the VB-Team players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
