Armindo Salgado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Armindo Salgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Izard in the 7th minute. Armindo Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Filippini in the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in VB-Team's zone, Samuel Izard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Salgado came out of the goal and Samuel Izard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Izard in the 15th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim de Barros came free, but Tristan Bétourne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tristan Bétourne was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Edoardo Filippini notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of VB-Team's Armindo Salgado. Armindo Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute, Edoardo Filippini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armindo Salgado was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 30th minute Edoardo Filippini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edoardo Filippini in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armindo Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by VB-Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ferhat Özsan was slow to take the kick. During this time Royal PSG's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Royal PSG's corner Samuel Izard fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Armindo Salgado quite easily take care of the ball. After 34 played minutes Royal PSG got a freekick which was hit by Edoardo Filippini. Armindo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Filippini, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Caeiro during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luís Caeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Izard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Samuel Izard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Izard spun around in front of the goal 54 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of VB-Team's goal. The crowd rose to their feet as VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tristan Bétourne. That made the score 3-2 after 56 minutes of play. 60 minutes into the match, Joaquim de Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tristan Bétourne. Royal PSG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquim de Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Tristan Bétourne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Caeiro's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Tristan Bétourne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim de Barros in the 66th minute of the match. The throw-in from Arthur Guerra in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Royal PSG's Ferhat Özsan. In the 69th minute, Samuel Izard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edoardo Filippini in the 72nd minute of play. In the 77th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shao Kun Yuan to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in VB-Team's zone, Edoardo Filippini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Salgado came out of the goal and Edoardo Filippini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Joaquim de Barros took a quick shot and it went in 4-4 without a chance for Tristan Bétourne to make any attempt to save it. VB-Team were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Royal PSG to leave the ground with a draw.
