Saul Drew hit a great ball. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by DIF LEEDS BK's Jerry Jonasson. But to his dismay, Jerry Jonasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With his leg Brazilio Butt managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when de belletrekkers's Jurgen De Rudder fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jerry Jonasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The corner ended in Eduardo Selmo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but de belletrekkers's De-la-Cruz de Alcântara did a great save. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Nordlander in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DIF LEEDS BK! The referee gave de belletrekkers a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marten Merckx, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurgen De Rudder in the 38th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerry Jonasson charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerry Jonasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jerry Jonasson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Paulus Van Hove recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulf Nordlander in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck De-la-Cruz de Alcântara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute of the match DIF LEEDS BK got a corner. de belletrekkers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Selmo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Saul Drew made a great header on DIF LEEDS BK's corner, it was just that de belletrekkers's De-la-Cruz de Alcântara managed to reach the ball for a save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerry Jonasson was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes de belletrekkers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eduardo Selmo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to DIF LEEDS BK's Ulf Nordlander getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Jonasson in the 56th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerry Jonasson got free with De-la-Cruz de Alcântara in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Ariando in the 60th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, de belletrekkers's De-la-Cruz de Alcântara got control of the ball when Jerry Jonasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute Jurgen De Rudder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurgen De Rudder in the 69th minute of the match. Lars Gudmundsson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes DIF LEEDS BK got a freekick which was hit by Lars Gudmundsson. Brazilio Butt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Ariando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Ulf Nordlander sent off a good shot on target. Jurgen De Rudder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brazilio Butt having to interfere. In the 81st minute Renzo Ingelborgs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Jerry Jonasson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a rather tough play, DIF LEEDS BK's Ulf Nordlander got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Paulus Van Hove left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The de belletrekkers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Jerry Jonasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a huge save. DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Ariando in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, de belletrekkers's De-la-Cruz de Alcântara got control of the ball when Jerry Jonasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Przemyslaw Gerlach hit a great ball. de belletrekkers were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
