Ermanno Puglielli took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carel Van de Schrieck. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ludwig Kloots stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carel Van de Schrieck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermanno Puglielli in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Ermanno Puglielli got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Wisła Kraków's Hugon Falk got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Hampus Rebec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wisła Kraków's Roch Zdeb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th play minute Ermanno Puglielli came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carel Van de Schrieck. 2-5. Hugon Falk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Ermanno Puglielli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Carel Van de Schrieck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Café DE PLOEG lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
