They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

AQUILES were furious when German Cordarius was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 76th minute there was a penalty for the xeneise dream team. Genaro Farias stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Necmettin İklim. 1-3. Necmettin İklim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacharias Siatzis, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Nicanor Bertol came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the AQUILES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Bertol couldn't finish the play. Nicanor Bertol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vinicio Aires having to make a save. The the xeneise dream team supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AQUILES's performance. The match ended with a win for AQUILES.
