An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Veerman in the 3rd minute of play forced AkInCı's goalkeeper Görkem Melih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henk Veerman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Görkem Melih having to make a save. Görkem Melih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henk Veerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Görkem Melih showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk Veerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Henk Veerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Görkem Melih having to interfere. Görkem Melih didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henk Veerman went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Görkem Melih showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk Veerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. If Henk Veerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. But to his dismay, Henk Veerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 30th minute, Henk Veerman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. AkInCı's Görkem Melih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Yaşar Recai in the 34th minute of play. Görkem Melih stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henk Veerman's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute Mustafa Yaşar Recai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Görkem Melih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Güney Özboga charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seyfullah Kıncal got free with Cihan Zafer in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henk Veerman took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Görkem Melih. Görkem Melih dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vassilis Kopsinis made a kick off. Henk Veerman did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Görkem Melih 52 minutes into the match. A collision led to AkInCı getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Kjell Lennartsson hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Mustafa Yaşar Recai managed to get in a good position for a shot. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Yaşar Recai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lukasz Wietrzychowski couldn't finish the play. Lukasz Wietrzychowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AkInCı.
