Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The audience was convinced that Tzofar Lashover's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paraskevas Papandreou was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, Maslul's goalkeeper Ittay Neuberger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Åström. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shir Ravinovic in the 81st minute of play forced Kumla's goalkeeper Paraskevas Papandreou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kumla's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
