Paraskevas Papandreou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Calciu in the 18th minute of play. Boris Ugla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paraskevas Papandreou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horaţiu Calciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horaţiu Calciu made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Pascal 11's Liviu Bilașco got a free kick in the 52nd minute.
