Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Mugur Gabrea came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Dafiru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mugur Gabrea couldn't finish the play. Mugur Gabrea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Tommy Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Mugur Gabrea sped through Själevad RK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Lindgren. If Magnus Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hans Forsberg charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans Forsberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Niculae Ivasiuc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Forsberg hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Tommy Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Ivasiuc, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Sven-Edvin Lindström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Lindgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mugur Gabrea in the 29th minute. A collision led to Dafiru getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Alin Marchiș hit a great ball. Magnus Åkesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihai Dobrica having to interfere. The supporters of Själevad RK booed when Dafiru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Marchiș didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 minutes, Alin Marchiș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dafiru and the Själevad RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Dafiru got a freekick which was hit by Alin Marchiș. The supporters of Dafiru booed when Själevad RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Magnus Åkesson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Själevad RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magnus Åkesson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Mugur Gabrea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dafiru's supporters rose to their feet, but Mugur Gabrea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Lindgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Själevad RK's Melker Lundin got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niculae Ivasiuc to make the kick off. Magnus Åkesson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Mihai Dobrica 53 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Alf Wassenius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mihai Dobrica was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tommy Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugur Gabrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Magnus Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rune Hydén fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Själevad RK's protests and gave Rune Hydén a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dafiru booed when Själevad RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Hydén didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Själevad RK getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Hans Forsberg hit a great ball. Själevad RK's Hans Forsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the game, Emanuel Șofran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Tommy Lindgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Magnus Åkesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Dafiru's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Åkesson came free, but Mihai Dobrica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Själevad RK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
