Gabriel Bordeanu started the match with the kick off. Folke Ahlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Măcrinici in the 5th minute of the match. Tobias Åström came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mugur Sfârlea could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Åström got free with Mugur Sfârlea in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iurie Măcrinici struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Folke Ahlgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bear Bear. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iurie Măcrinici in the 14th minute of play forced Kumla's goalkeeper Folke Ahlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Kumla's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Măcrinici came free, but Folke Ahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bear Bear's Gabriel Bordeanu in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kumla's goalie prevented a goal. After 29 minutes, Octavian Niculiță mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bear Bear and the Kumla players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stefan Hjeltman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bear Bear's Mugur Sfârlea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Bear Bear from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Miclescu during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bear Bear getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Manuel Miclescu hit a great ball. After 41 played minutes Bear Bear got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Măcrinici. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tobias Åström was the one to do the kick off. Kumla's Svante Rydberg managed to work through Bear Bear's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Svante Rydberg dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 54 played minutes Kumla got a freekick which was hit by Boris Ugla. Mugur Sfârlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Åström in the 56th minute of play. Iurie Măcrinici's late challenge caught a Kumla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iurie Măcrinici helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th minute, Iurie Măcrinici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mugur Sfârlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Hjeltman in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Gabriel Bordeanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Folke Ahlgren. Kumla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel Bordeanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 64 minutes into the match, Bear Bear's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Åström came free, but Mugur Sfârlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugur Sfârlea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boris Ugla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mugur Sfârlea came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Kumla's Tobias Åström. But to his dismay, Tobias Åström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 78th minute, Tobias Åström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kumla fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. With a little luck, Kumla's Folke Ahlgren got control of the ball when Iurie Măcrinici tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaj Fogel kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Bear Bear booed when Kumla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Fogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mugur Sfârlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Åström in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Kumla getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jack Åström hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kumla fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bear Bear had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
