A collision led to Dafiru getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Marin Chifu hit a great ball. If Bo Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 17th minute, Bo Josefsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mihai Dobrica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Verner Sjöman's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Bo Josefsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Alin Marchiș came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Dafiru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alin Marchiș couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Dafiru's Alin Marchiș got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Verner Sjöman notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Dafiru's Mihai Dobrica. Mihai Dobrica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mugur Gabrea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Sven-Oskar Asplund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bo Josefsson came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Linderöd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Josefsson couldn't finish the play. Bo Josefsson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Bo Josefsson made the kick off in the second half. Mihai Dobrica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Verner Sjöman in the 57th minute. When Marin Chifu fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dafiru's protests and gave Marin Chifu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Linderöd booed when Dafiru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Chifu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Linderöd getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Charles Lund hit a great ball. If Bo Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niculae Ivasiuc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mihai Dobrica was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bo Josefsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. Mugur Gabrea took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Oskar Asplund. Sven-Oskar Asplund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Mihai Dobrica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Josefsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Josefsson in the 92nd minute of play forced Dafiru's goalkeeper Mihai Dobrica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Dafiru getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Alin Marchiș hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Verner Sjöman got free with Mihai Dobrica in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Linderöd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dafiru.
