Santiago Sosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Amato made a huge save. Teodosio Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Guib, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Rodrigo Amato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Restu in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Sosa in the 38th minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Rodrigo Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's Santiago Sosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Amato narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 43 in the game by Ernesto Argoitz from a close distance when the talented Rodrigo Amato managed to make a qualified save. LiBeRiA F.C.'s players were relieved. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

57 minutes into the game, Deportivo Balvanera's Rene Restu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Amato made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Rodrigo Amato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Sosa in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Baltasar Guib got a free kick in the 70th minute. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Rodrigo Amato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Restu in the 71st minute of play. Rodrigo Amato came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Fliz. But to his dismay, Omar Fliz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some careless play in the LiBeRiA F.C. defense, Rene Restu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodrigo Amato. The LiBeRiA F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Amato should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Sosa in the 83rd minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Rodrigo Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Santiago Sosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodrigo Amato. LiBeRiA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Sosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After some careless play in the LiBeRiA F.C. defense, Rene Restu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodrigo Amato. The LiBeRiA F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Amato should have stopped the shot. Rodrigo Amato came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Balvanera's Santiago Sosa. But to his dismay, Santiago Sosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. The audience was convinced that Santiago Sosa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo Amato was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deportivo Balvanera fully deserved thier win.
