Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Di Filippo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theo Fil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Radamel Falcao came free, but Oskar Haeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Hermanö Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Eduardo Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Gertsyk in the 20th minute of play forced Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Ingemar Stålman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Theo Fil. Ingemar Stålman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 25th minute Anton Gertsyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Haeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute FC Barcelona Lassa were awarded a corner. Javier Sanguinetti went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dave Di Filippo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Theo Fil made a huge save. Theo Fil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Stålman in the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

FC Barcelona Lassa's Juan Feliu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luís Eduardo Loureiro in the 59 minute of the game. Hermanö Oilers made a substitution. Leonardo Sundin replaced Dave Di Filippo. In the 65th minute of the game Luís Eduardo Loureiro made a throw-in which Harry Forsman played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Gertsyk got free with Oskar Haeger in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Theo Fil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingemar Stålman went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Luís Eduardo Loureiro got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ingemar Stålman. 85 minutes into the match, Ingemar Stålman notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of FC Barcelona Lassa's Theo Fil. Theo Fil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Theo Fil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Dusett, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. There was no doubt that Hermanö Oilers were the better team. Hermanö Oilers's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
