The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Lécuyer in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Üzeyir Tuğlu saved RSC Sellewie from getting behind. Üzeyir Tuğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Lécuyer's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Lécuyer in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Üzeyir Tuğlu saved RSC Sellewie from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Pedro Raitin could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Üzeyir Tuğlu however easily saved by the left post. RSC Sellewie's Üzeyir Tuğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save RSC Sellewie from getting a goal against them. Freddy Van Kestbeek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ayhan Vuralhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jullian Bruynincx charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. RSC Sellewie's Üzeyir Tuğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Magdaleno in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Raitin got free with Üzeyir Tuğlu in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paul-Louis Van Craesbeeck to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Tequileros FC got a corner. RSC Sellewie's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgard Magdaleno ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Edgard Lécuyer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RSC Sellewie's Üzeyir Tuğlu did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Lécuyer in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Üzeyir Tuğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute Tequileros FC were awarded a corner. Edgard Magdaleno went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 70th minute, Edgard Magdaleno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Üzeyir Tuğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Tequileros FC's Andres Frasco was substituted for Venancio Azeari. RSC Sellewie's Üzeyir Tuğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Frasco in the 75th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, RSC Sellewie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luka Van De Velden to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Edgard Magdaleno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 94 minutes RSC Sellewie's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgard Magdaleno who took care of the corner kick. Edgard Magdaleno made a great header on Tequileros FC's corner, it was just that RSC Sellewie's Üzeyir Tuğlu managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan got control of the ball when Paul-Louis Van Craesbeeck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tequileros FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of RSC Sellewie for a fine match.
