The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vilhelm Palonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacharias Iosifakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute of the match, Fedele Causio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vilhelm Palonen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to A Veces Menos Es Mas getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jonas Loco hit a great ball. Vilhelm Palonen came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by A Veces Menos Es Mas's Zacharias Iosifakis. But to his dismay, Zacharias Iosifakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, A Veces Menos Es Mas's goal looked a bit too open when Ognyan Kurudzhiev came free, but Genílson Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilhelm Palonen had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Toño Saura's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Fedele Causio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Vilhelm Palonen made a huge save. Genílson Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ognyan Kurudzhiev in the 28th minute of play. After 29 played minutes FC Gurbanovtsi got a freekick which was hit by Vidyo Dryanovski. Zacharias Iosifakis struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Vilhelm Palonen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A Veces Menos Es Mas. After 31 played minutes A Veces Menos Es Mas got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Senen. Genílson Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedko Vatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ognyan Kurudzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Gurbanovtsi's Vilhelm Palonen got control of the ball when Zacharias Iosifakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, FC Gurbanovtsi's goal looked a bit too open when Zacharias Iosifakis came free, but Vilhelm Palonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
