Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tiberiu Caramarin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. MIT's attentive Ivan Vâtcă managed to snatch the ball when Sami Çakar made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 8th minute Tiberiu Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre-Loup Berthelot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SÜVEYDİYE SK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Atıf Özdurdu hit a great ball. SÜVEYDİYE SK's Pierre-Loup Berthelot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 14th minute of play. Pierre-Loup Berthelot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Ilarie in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pierre-Loup Berthelot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pierre-Loup Berthelot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. SÜVEYDİYE SK's Pierre-Loup Berthelot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 19th minute of play. Ariel Vedillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Calistrat Madgearu made a huge save. After 25 played minutes SÜVEYDİYE SK got a freekick which was hit by Atıf Özdurdu. In the 25th minute of the match Florin Seremet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pierre-Loup Berthelot skillfully saved the ball. Pierre-Loup Berthelot came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin. But to his dismay, Tiberiu Caramarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tiberiu Caramarin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pierre-Loup Berthelot having to make a save. 33 minutes into the match, SÜVEYDİYE SK's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Pierre-Loup Berthelot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pierre-Loup Berthelot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pierre-Loup Berthelot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiberiu Caramarin went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 45thth minute of the game Tiberiu Caramarin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SÜVEYDİYE SK's Pierre-Loup Berthelot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ariel Vedillo made a kick off. Pierre-Loup Berthelot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicodim Orășan in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SÜVEYDİYE SK's goalkeeper Pierre-Loup Berthelot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, SÜVEYDİYE SK's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Pierre-Loup Berthelot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiberiu Caramarin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pierre-Loup Berthelot having to make a save. In the 54th minute Tiberiu Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre-Loup Berthelot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierre-Loup Berthelot stood somewhat misplaced when Tiberiu Caramarin came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 58 minute. SÜVEYDİYE SK's Erman Bir was substituted for Yavuz Selimhan Ongay. In the 62nd minute, MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. 65 minutes into the game, Nicodim Orășan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pierre-Loup Berthelot. Nicodim Orășan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 69th minute Tiberiu Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre-Loup Berthelot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiberiu Caramarin got free with Pierre-Loup Berthelot in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute MIT were awarded a corner. Mihăiţă Ilarie went to the cornerflag to take it. Tiberiu Caramarin took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pierre-Loup Berthelot. Pierre-Loup Berthelot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by SÜVEYDİYE SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bogdan Bucataru was slow to take the kick. During this time MIT's players had a chance to rest. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsmail Şener in the 86th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tiberiu Caramarin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pierre-Loup Berthelot was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. When Tiberiu Caramarin came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the MIT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiberiu Caramarin couldn't finish the play. MIT's Aurel Buzea was substituted for Florin Seremet. When Radu Sărăroiu fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MIT's protests and gave Radu Sărăroiu a yellow card for diving instead. Calistrat Madgearu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Nabi Elmastaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The SÜVEYDİYE SK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MIT's performance. The match ended with a win for MIT.
