A collision led to OSASCO FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Luís Pontes hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes, SORRISO E. C.'s Yan Penha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luciano de Carvalho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SORRISO E. C. reached it. Márcio Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Alberto Mendonça took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luciano de Carvalho. Luciano de Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, SORRISO E. C.'s Rodrigo Penha got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Alberto Mendonça made a precise shot to the right of Luciano de Carvalho. OSASCO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Alfredo da Rocha scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luciano de Carvalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexsandro Gomes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, OSASCO FC's Cássio Peixoto got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Alberto Mendonça struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Luciano de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SORRISO E. C.. Luciano de Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Mendonça went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Pedro de Sena to make the kick off. 65 minutes into the match, OSASCO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Mendonça came free, but Luciano de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Mendonça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Luciano de Carvalho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Horácio Pereira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano de Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 86 minutes into the match, João Pedro de Sena notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of SORRISO E. C.'s Douglas Viana. Douglas Viana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rodrigo Penha hit a great ball. Douglas Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Donatello in the 93rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo da Rocha in the 96th minute of play forced OSASCO FC's goalkeeper Luciano de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded SORRISO E. C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than OSASCO FC.
