Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, José Antonio Porras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemencín Varas struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Eric Sjögren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportes Santa Cruz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pelle Norström during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Rinkeby FC got a freekick which was hit by Pelle Norström. Teodosio Pimentel's late challenge caught a Rinkeby FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Pimentel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Club Deportes Santa Cruz getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Teodosio Pimentel hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Ingvar Pilgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Cerda was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Teodosio Cerda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Eric Sjögren made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Clemencín Varas sent off a good shot on target. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Teodosio Cerda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Pilgren in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Clemencín Varas notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Rinkeby FC's Eric Sjögren. Eric Sjögren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clemencín Varas kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Ingvar Pilgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Teodosio Cerda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Raimundo Backhouse came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Club Deportes Santa Cruz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Backhouse couldn't finish the play. José Antonio Porras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Greger Lundin kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Eric Sjögren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemencín Varas's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Rinkeby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemencín Varas came free, but Eric Sjögren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Rinkeby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Henriksson to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's José Antonio Porras sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eric Sjögren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francisco Arens hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Ingvar Pilgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Cerda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Raimundo Backhouse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eric Sjögren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Rinkeby FC's Eric Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Backhouse in the 76th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Rinkeby FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Andberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemencín Varas in the 78th minute of play forced Rinkeby FC's goalkeeper Eric Sjögren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Raimundo Backhouse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Eric Sjögren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rinkeby FC's Eric Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Backhouse in the 88th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Rinkeby FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Andberg. Clemencín Varas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eric Sjögren having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the Club Deportes Santa Cruz players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
