When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Manoel Botelho sped through Green Horses's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Errikos Gerokostas. The supporters of Zuera Never End MZC booed when Green Horses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermis Ntaliardos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Errikos Gerokostas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faas Marsal in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel Botelho in the 12th minute of play forced Green Horses's goalkeeper Errikos Gerokostas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Faas Marsal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Green Horses's Errikos Gerokostas. Errikos Gerokostas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Errikos Gerokostas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faas Marsal, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Christodoulos Symeonas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Prestes in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Errikos Gerokostas saved Green Horses from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Faas Marsal made a precise shot to the right of Errikos Gerokostas. Green Horses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 30 minutes into the match, Oscar Prestes notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Green Horses's Errikos Gerokostas. Errikos Gerokostas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute, Oscar Prestes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Green Horses's Antonis Petridis got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Faas Marsal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Green Horses got a freekick which was hit by Antonis Petridis. After a rather tough play, Green Horses's Avraam Liakos got a free kick in the 41st minute. Christodoulos Symeonas charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christodoulos Symeonas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christodoulos Symeonas hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half Zuera Never End MZC were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christodoulos Symeonas was the one to do the kick off. Faas Marsal did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Errikos Gerokostas 52 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match, Manoel Botelho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Errikos Gerokostas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 61st minute Faas Marsal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errikos Gerokostas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cherif Gomez during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Zuera Never End MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cherif Gomez to maneuver through the defense. Green Horses's Errikos Gerokostas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda Arce in the 68th minute of play. Errikos Gerokostas made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Faas Marsal sent off a good shot on target. After 75 played minutes Zuera Never End MZC got a freekick which was hit by Duda Arce. In the 76th minute of the match Christos Velis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santo Everton skillfully saved the ball. In the 78th minute Oscar Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errikos Gerokostas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Décio Miranda's late challenge caught a Green Horses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Décio Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Décio Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christos Velis kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Ermis Ntaliardos fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green Horses's protests and gave Ermis Ntaliardos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, Green Horses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermis Ntaliardos to maneuver through the defense. Errikos Gerokostas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manoel Botelho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 87 minute of play. Manoel Botelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Errikos Gerokostas having to interfere. Faas Marsal took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Errikos Gerokostas. Errikos Gerokostas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Zuera Never End MZC played a much better game than Green Horses and deserved their victory. The Green Horses players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
