Errikos Gerokostas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durmuş Topay in the 33rd minute of play. KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ's Şerafettin Demirtekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charis Andreadakis in the 40th minute of play. Errikos Gerokostas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Osman Onay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 46 minute of play.

55 minutes into the match, KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ's goalkeeper Şerafettin Demirtekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charis Andreadakis. 57 minutes into the game, Green Horses's Thomas Pirtsos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şerafettin Demirtekin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Pirtsos in the 61st minute of play forced KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ's goalkeeper Şerafettin Demirtekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Green Horses's Errikos Gerokostas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durmuş Topay in the 65th minute of play. Şerafettin Demirtekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Pirtsos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd match minute, Green Horses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonis Petridis to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Green Horses's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzer Uzcan came free, but Errikos Gerokostas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Green Horses booed when KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vedat Erşahin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panos Kyriazis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. KARTALSPOR KULÜBÜ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
