Patrick Armstrong was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Julian Efraim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Julian Efraim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cardiff City FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Efraim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Julian Efraim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cardiff City FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after ManagerZone Crew's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Everardo Joey took the corner. Everardo Joey made a great header on Cardiff City FC's corner, it was just that ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong managed to reach the ball for a save. If Robert Ununger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Adrian Våleman hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Linkhorst made a kick off. Julian Efraim struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Patrick Armstrong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cardiff City FC. Patrick Armstrong made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Julian Efraim sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in ManagerZone Crew's zone, Julian Efraim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Armstrong came out of the goal and Julian Efraim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Julian Efraim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Jairo Ler came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Cardiff City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Ler couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Baltasar Bertin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Efraim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of ManagerZone Crew booed when Cardiff City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Ler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cardiff City FC made a substitution. Celso Walme replaced Julian Efraim. A sloppy throw-in by Marcus Majewski in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cardiff City FC's Nunez Larra. In the 75th minute, Marcus Majewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Walme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Armstrong having to interfere. Celso Walme who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Armstrong when he managed to save the team from getting behind. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Walme in the 85th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Celso Walme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Celso Walme really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The Cardiff City FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cardiff City FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
