Ásbjørn Djurhuus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hanafy Abdel Masoud, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Ásbjørn Djurhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hanafy Abdel Masoud in the 7th minute of play. Ásbjørn Djurhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aebeed Taher in the 8th minute of play. Depil's Mikkjal Martin Knudsen got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Hans Gunnarsson put in a rough tackle. In the 21st minute, Batran Nayef made a precise shot to the right of Ásbjørn Djurhuus. Depil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Depil's goal looked a bit too open when Akram El-Saeed came free, but Ásbjørn Djurhuus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Bárður Tórgarð got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bárður Tórgarð received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gaser Mido came out and tried to block the shot, but Bárður Tórgarð slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 28th minute. Bárður Tórgarð recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akram El-Saeed in the 34th minute of play forced Depil's goalkeeper Ásbjørn Djurhuus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Depil's Jákup Mikkelsen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gaser Mido. Gaser Mido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. A collision led to Bigam getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Othman Monzer hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Akram El-Saeed was the one to do the kick off. Depil's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Akram El-Saeed scored to the left of an out of position Ásbjørn Djurhuus, making the score, 2-3. Ásbjørn Djurhuus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aebeed Taher in the 54th minute of the match. Ásbjørn Djurhuus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aebeed Taher showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 56 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bigam's Hanafy Abdel Masoud got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Bárður Tórgarð had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaser Mido. Bigam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bárður Tórgarð was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. In the 67th minute Akram El-Saeed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ásbjørn Djurhuus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Zaky Ayman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Depil's goalkeeper Ásbjørn Djurhuus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hanafy Abdel Masoud. With an all-out effort, Bigam's Ásbjørn Djurhuus threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Akram El-Saeed, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Bárður Tórgarð managed to get in a good position for a shot. Depil's supporters rose to their feet, but Bárður Tórgarð was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaser Mido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ásbjørn Djurhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akram El-Saeed in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Aebeed Taher recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ásbjørn Djurhuus. Aebeed Taher showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-5. 91 minutes into the game, John Tórgarð was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Depil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bigam the free kick. John Tórgarð hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Hanafy Abdel Masoud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Ásbjørn Djurhuus made a huge save. Bigam's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
