Emilio Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Gomes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Emilio Bernaldo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Tomás Gomes came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Tó Madeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Gomes couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Tomás Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Tó Madeira's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Gomes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Bernaldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Gomes went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Gomes in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilio Bernaldo saved Alpasinche from getting behind. In the 75th match minute, FC Tó Madeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Igrejas to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Inocente in the 76th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Jesus Handi with Evaristo Gumaro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Hugo Baldaia came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the FC Tó Madeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Baldaia couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Isac Matias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bernaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the FC Tó Madeira players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
