If 杜鹰旭 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes 米兰未来 got a freekick which was hit by 何军振. Marcial Menendo took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 蔡浩潮. 蔡浩潮 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Enrique Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a left leg Casimiro Peruxu saved Jorge Newbery from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcial Menendo was the one to do the kick off.
