This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Witomir Ochylski as he didn't even see the shot coming. Teofil Dobilas took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raimundo Neto. Raimundo Neto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Raimundo Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Rydzyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Gniewoszów SA booed when Real Scali was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adhemar Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Teofil Dobilas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gniewoszów SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Scali the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gniewoszów SA's Teofil Dobilas got a free kick in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Adalberto Hermes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Witomir Ochylski. Adalberto Hermes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Roman Rydzyk put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Raimundo Neto. Real Scali's Raimundo Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Banaszak in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Banaszak in the 25th minute of play forced Real Scali's goalkeeper Raimundo Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adalberto Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nilton Nogueiras short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Witomir Ochylski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 39 minutes into the game, Gniewoszów SA's Edward Banaszak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raimundo Neto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Adalberto Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Witomir Ochylski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilton Nogueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Witomir Ochylski made a huge save. Raimundo Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Banaszak in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Gniewoszów SA's Edward Banaszak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raimundo Neto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Rydzyk made a kick off. After 55 minutes, Adalberto Hermes made it 3-4 with a short kick to the right side. Gniewoszów SA's Witomir Ochylski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute Nilton Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witomir Ochylski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gniewoszów SA getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Zbyszek Pozorski hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adalberto Hermes in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Witomir Ochylski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adalberto Hermes in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Witomir Ochylski saved Gniewoszów SA from getting behind. In the 65th match minute, Real Scali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Pires to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Real Scali's goalkeeper Raimundo Neto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofil Dobilas. Edward Banaszak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raimundo Neto came out and tried to block the shot, but Edward Banaszak slotted it home off the left post making it 3-5 in the 69th minute. In the 75th minute, Nilton Nogueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Witomir Ochylski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-5. Adalberto Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Witomir Ochylski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gniewoszów SA's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
