In the 4thth minute of the game Laurențiu Pora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Paul Ramon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 7th minute Laurențiu Pora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Ramon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cazimir Angelescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Manuel Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Regis Padriña. Paul Ramon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurențiu Pora went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Enrique Cassaretto might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cazimir Angelescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Cassaretto ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Hayalim Kedoshim's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Cassaretto came free, but Cazimir Angelescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 36 minutes, Laurențiu Pora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hayalim Kedoshim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurențiu Pora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Peru booed when Hayalim Kedoshim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillerme Escarraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cazimir Angelescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Cassaretto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laurențiu Pora was the one to do the kick off. Xuaco Oñaederra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cazimir Angelescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Peru were awarded a corner. Fe Nestares went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuaco Oñaederra in the 63rd minute of play forced Hayalim Kedoshim's goalkeeper Cazimir Angelescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hayalim Kedoshim's Garfield Sau was substituted for Luis Tamaron. Peru's Humberto Requena quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erez Loco, made in the 68th minute of the game. Paul Ramon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Chirilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Gelu Chirilă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Ramon. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Ramon should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Erez Loco in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Humberto Requena. Hayalim Kedoshim were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peru for a fine match.
