In the 13th minute Mattias Naba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Catapano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrizio Catapano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Naba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Fabrizio Catapano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Bochini. 19 Mayıs Belediyespor were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Mata Tangas de Victoria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mattias Naba took the corner. Simon Caitano thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Fabrizio Catapano, a very annoying self made goal in the 20th minute which led to 1-0. Fabrizio Catapano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Naba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mata Tangas de Victoria's Fabrizio Catapano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fahri Balaban in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, İsmet Erdemli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 19 Mayıs Belediyespor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mata Tangas de Victoria the free kick. In the 26th minute, İsmet Erdemli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fahri Balaban in the 28th minute of play forced Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Fabrizio Catapano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabrizio Catapano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Fabrizio Catapano was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mattias Naba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mata Tangas de Victoria's Fabrizio Catapano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Bochini in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yunus Tülün in the 56th minute of play forced Mata Tangas de Victoria's goalkeeper Fabrizio Catapano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to 19 Mayıs Belediyespor getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Yunus Tülün hit a great ball. Mata Tangas de Victoria's Remigiusz Sroka couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for 19 Mayıs Belediyespor. After 66 minutes, Mattias Naba made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mata Tangas de Victoria's Fabrizio Catapano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 69 minutes into the match, Mata Tangas de Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Fahri Balaban came free, but Fabrizio Catapano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Simon Caitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fahri Balaban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Bochini in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrizio Catapano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mattias Naba took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabrizio Catapano. Fabrizio Catapano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. There was no doubt that 19 Mayıs Belediyespor were the better team. 19 Mayıs Belediyespor's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
