Sten Mellin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Beto Santirso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugur Chiriac, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Beto Santirso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonso Goicoechea's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sverker Danielsson in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. If Sverker Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sverker Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Sten Mellin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Glogowski having to make a save. Beto Santirso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Nevada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Sverker Danielsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal and Sverker Danielsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of FC Wrocanka booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Goicoechea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sverker Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sverker Danielsson in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. 42 minutes into the game, FC Wrocanka's Sverker Danielsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pankracy Glogowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Sverker Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Wrocanka's supporters rose to their feet, but Sverker Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pankracy Glogowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonso Goicoechea made a kick off. FC Wrocanka's Beto Santirso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save FC Wrocanka from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Sverker Danielsson sped through Club Atlético Atlanta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. In the 57thth minute of the game Alfonso Goicoechea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Wrocanka's Beto Santirso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Sverker Danielsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Glogowski was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 67th minute Sverker Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Club Atlético Atlanta made a substitution. Benigno Abreu replaced Remigio Erramu. In the 76th minute Ciro Ferdinand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Santirso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, FC Wrocanka's Sverker Danielsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pankracy Glogowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Wrocanka's attentive Kenneth Åkerman managed to snatch the ball when Hermengildo Erroman made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. Sverker Danielsson struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Pankracy Glogowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Wrocanka. FC Wrocanka's Beto Santirso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save FC Wrocanka from getting a goal against them. The corner led Club Atlético Atlanta's Anselmo Nevada to fire away a dangerous shot which Beto Santirso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Erroman threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Wrocanka's Kenneth Åkerman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 92nd minute Sverker Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Wrocanka's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
