If Jorrin Briones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leo Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorrin Briones in the 14th minute of the match. Jorrin Briones took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Nesto. Leo Nesto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, Mervaleta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorrin Briones came free, but Leo Nesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Jorrin Briones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Leo Nesto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorrin Briones in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Nesto saved Mervaleta FC from getting behind. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's attentive Luís Paulo da Fonseca managed to snatch the ball when Jonathan Ortzi made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Jonathan Ortzi in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Michael Callaerts. When Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mervaleta FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rapsodas Red Devils FC were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Mervaleta FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joseph Schwarzfischer took the corner. Kerim De Bruyne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th match minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kerim De Bruyne to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorrin Briones to make the kick off. Leo Nesto was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Jorrin Briones capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorrin Briones really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After 59 played minutes Mervaleta FC got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Ponce. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ippolit Kolobov was substituted for Kerim De Bruyne. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Jerrold Taranco replaced Luís Paulo da Fonseca. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Cristiano Salah was substituted for Jorrin Briones. In the 60th minute, Teobaldo Ponce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Salah in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Nesto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Jerrold Taranco hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute Cristiano Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Nesto had great luck who in the 69thth minute grab hold of the ball when Cristiano Salah from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 69th match minute, Mervaleta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Quexal to maneuver through the defense. Leo Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Salah in the 70th minute of play. Jerrold Taranco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leo Nesto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jerrold Taranco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Nesto came out and tried to block the shot, but Jerrold Taranco slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 76th minute. Jerrold Taranco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Leo Nesto made a huge save. Leo Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Colmenares, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Rapsodas Red Devils FC got a corner. Mervaleta FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joseph Schwarzfischer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Augusto Ferraz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mervaleta FC's Leo Nesto did a great save. 86 minutes into the match, Mervaleta FC's goalkeeper Leo Nesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristiano Salah. Cristiano Salah struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Leo Nesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapsodas Red Devils FC. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rapsodas Red Devils FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
