Ciudad de Soria's goal looked a bit too open when C.J. Braut Haaland came free, but Olo Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Llull de Reus's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafael Casanova in the 36th minute. Qwinton Ricoy's late challenge caught a Real Llull de Reus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Werner Beeckmans got free with Olo Kahn in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sabri Erdoğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eron Patiño in the 83rd minute of play. In the 90th minute, Eron Patiño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Berriotxoa in the 93rd minute of play forced Real Llull de Reus's goalkeeper Sabri Erdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Real Llull de Reus players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
