Arın Biçim started the match with the kick off. Bennvar Trollegaard scored 0-1 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mazarópi Barros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlitos Paredes hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. VILLARREAL UNITED's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Florian Pruss in the 8th minute. VILLARREAL UNITED's Alonzo Egun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mazarópi Barros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Murray got free with Baraxil Sarrate in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute VILLARREAL UNITED were awarded a corner. Florian Pruss went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Florian Pruss almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Iron Maiden FC's Mazarópi Barros did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Valentin Voicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. VILLARREAL UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Voicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mazarópi Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mazarópi Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Voicu in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute of the match VILLARREAL UNITED got a corner. Iron Maiden FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florian Pruss ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Delmar Campello almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Iron Maiden FC's Mazarópi Barros did a great save. Valentin Voicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58thth minute of the game Valentin Voicu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iron Maiden FC's Mazarópi Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baraxil Sarrate didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Günalp Talip went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. VILLARREAL UNITED made a substitution. Gert Vesterberg replaced Hustaz Quijana. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Mazarópi Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iron Maiden FC's Ekialde Abajas was substituted for Günalp Talip. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Iron Maiden FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iron Maiden FC's Mazarópi Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Arın Biçim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iron Maiden FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Iron Maiden FC's Mazarópi Barros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Iron Maiden FC from getting a goal against them. Iron Maiden FC's Mazarópi Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Trollegaard in the 95th minute of play. Iron Maiden FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though VILLARREAL UNITED had controlled the match.
