Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Adolfo Paris successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 20th minute of the match Triana Rep. Ind. got a corner. CerKeteam's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristofer Rivera ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Triana Rep. Ind.'s Cristofer Rivera to fire away a dangerous shot which Adolfo Paris despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adulfo Alcantara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Adolfo Paris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Triana Rep. Ind.'s Ola Lagerberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Adolfo Paris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ola Lagerberg in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ola Lagerberg to make the kick off. Corneliu Văcăroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Ola Lagerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Paris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ola Lagerberg's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. CerKeteam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elvio Olmos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Adolfo Paris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adulfo Alcantara in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adulfo Alcantara in the 89th minute of play forced CerKeteam's goalkeeper Adolfo Paris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the CerKeteam defense, Adulfo Alcantara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adolfo Paris. The CerKeteam fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolfo Paris should have stopped the shot. Adolfo Paris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Fonticoba in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Triana Rep. Ind. fans cheered their team off the field, for while CerKeteam had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
