An unexpectedly hard shot by David Villa in the 3rd minute of play forced MI EQUIPO's goalkeeper Franco Verdeja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute, David Villa made a precise shot to the right of Franco Verdeja. MI EQUIPO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 10thth minute of the game David Villa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MI EQUIPO's Franco Verdeja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 10 played minutes Foguera got a freekick which was hit by Kong Chang Yue. Franco Verdeja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Rønne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franco Verdeja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Villa in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Foguera's goal looked a bit too open when Gaskon Galego came free, but Ganix Casillas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaskon Galego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ganix Casillas having to interfere. MI EQUIPO's Franco Verdeja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save MI EQUIPO from getting a goal against them. Franco Verdeja made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Kai Rønne sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Rubio got free with Franco Verdeja in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anton Sundin kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Foguera's goal looked a bit too open when Gaskon Galego came free, but Ganix Casillas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ganix Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Barrientos in the 29th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, MI EQUIPO's goalkeeper Franco Verdeja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kai Rønne. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by MI EQUIPO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anton Sundin was slow to take the kick. During this time Foguera's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Foguera's Anton Sundin to fire away a dangerous shot which Franco Verdeja despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. MI EQUIPO's Franco Verdeja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Villa in the 36th minute of play. Ganix Casillas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaskon Galego went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 44 played minutes Foguera got a freekick which was hit by Kong Chang Yue. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Franco Verdeja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Villa in the 82nd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, MI EQUIPO's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Rønne came free, but Franco Verdeja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Isward's late challenge caught a MI EQUIPO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Isward helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Foguera:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MI EQUIPO:s goal. In the 92nd minute of the game, MI EQUIPO got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Foguera made a substitution. Egun Montiel replaced Kai Rønne. The Foguera supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MI EQUIPO's performance. The match ended with a win for MI EQUIPO.
