Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Rubio, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Rønne came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los once leones Ourense's Sebastián Paz got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute Dabi Vila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ganix Casillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dabi Vila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute of the match Foguera got a corner. Los once leones Ourense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anton Sundin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Foguera's Ivan Rubio got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Kai Rønne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Unzueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Villa in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albano Unzueta saved Los once leones Ourense from getting behind. Albano Unzueta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Villa's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. With his leg Ganix Casillas managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Los once leones Ourense's Dabi Vila fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dabi Vila's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Ganix Casillas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 41st minute, Foguera's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dabi Vila fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After the first half Foguera were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Villa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ivan Rubio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Albano Unzueta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Foguera getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Allande Soto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dabi Vila in the 55th minute of play forced Foguera's goalkeeper Ganix Casillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Foguera's David Villa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. 65 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper Albano Unzueta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Villa. Ganix Casillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Alabern, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivan Rubio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albano Unzueta. That made the score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Villa in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match, Ivan Rubio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Albano Unzueta was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nereo Cacheres took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ganix Casillas. Ganix Casillas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Albano Unzueta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 85th match minute, Foguera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kong Chang Yue to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Foguera booed when Los once leones Ourense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Calvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ganix Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dabi Vila in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes Foguera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nereo Cacheres who took care of the corner kick. 95 minutes into the match, Foguera's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo-Enrique Alabern came free, but Ganix Casillas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Foguera had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
