Iron Maiden FC:s Mazarópi Barros showed great skill when he stopped Ivan Rubio:s penalty. Foguera's Ganix Casillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arın Biçim in the 9th minute of play. Mazarópi Barros made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Ivan Rubio sent off a good shot on target. Allande Soto charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Allande Soto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Iron Maiden FC booed when Foguera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allande Soto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Foguera's Ganix Casillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Stratton in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Foguera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allande Soto to maneuver through the defense. Allande Soto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mazarópi Barros having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Mazarópi Barros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kai Rønne. Mazarópi Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Villa in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 38th minute Dennis Stratton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ganix Casillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iron Maiden FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Günalp Talip in the 46th minute. After 47 minutes, Günalp Talip mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iron Maiden FC and the Foguera players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Günalp Talip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Stratton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes Foguera got a freekick which was hit by Yuvenaliy Berezovskiy. Foguera were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Iron Maiden FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anton Sundin took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Kai Rønne got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 64 minutes into the match. In the last second Ganix Casillas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dennis Stratton in the 70thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Iron Maiden FC's Ekialde Abajas was substituted for Günalp Talip. After 73 minutes Foguera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bruce Dickinson who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Iron Maiden FC's corner Bruce Dickinson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ganix Casillas quite easily take care of the ball. After 75 minutes, Steve Harris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iron Maiden FC and the Foguera players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Iron Maiden FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steve Harris to maneuver through the defense. David Villa struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Mazarópi Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Foguera. Mazarópi Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Rønne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Steve Harris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Frank Isward threw the ball into play from the sideline. Iron Maiden FC's Rob Halford quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mazarópi Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kai Rønne, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, Iron Maiden FC's Dave Murray got a free kick in the 95th minute. Dennis Stratton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ganix Casillas having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Foguera players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
