Serafin Ugaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Benicio Javiero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustav Sefastsson in the 89th minute. Gustav Sefastsson didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-3 via right post in the game's 91st minute. Cacomixtles de Queretaro's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a rather tough play, Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Dagnýr Franklínsson got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Benicio Javiero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cacomixtles de Queretaro had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
