Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Gregersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belo Alvarez in the 32nd minute of play forced INIXET BK's goalkeeper Kent Näver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Bergman in the 37th minute of the match. With a little luck, A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Sören Gregersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sören Gregersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. Kent Näver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belo Alvarez in the 40th minute of play. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Bergman in the 42nd minute of the match. Kent Näver didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manolo Bacete went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Belo Alvarez made the kick off in the second half. Belo Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Kent Näver made a huge save. The supporters of A.D. Alcorcón booed when INIXET BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell-Arne Fredriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.D.
