After the first half Strömsbro IF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kevin Keegan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Chen Ao Fan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rıza Vuralhan. Strömsbro IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chen Ao Fan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Kurt Hamrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chen Ao Fan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Chen Ao Fan came free, but Rıza Vuralhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
