Afonso da Cunha might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yunus-Emre Balcik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso da Cunha ran back to his position shaking his head. Ludomil Ziomkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İrfan Altıncığlu in the 27th minute of the match.
