One of Barrialito AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of A.D. Alcorcón:s goal. Maurino Serena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandros Peropoulos went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Conrado Txordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Felix Frasco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Barrialito AFC made a substitution. Aquiles Beat replaced Alexandros Peropoulos. 85 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquiles Beat. 86 minutes into the match, Barrialito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Manolo Bacete came free, but Felix Frasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Beat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maurino Serena was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Arcadio Ramiréz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Aquiles Beat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrialito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Beat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurino Serena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
