Robert Brytan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Silviano having to make a save. Jedrzej Raszek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LEGIA WARSZAWA's Julian Zbydniewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save LEGIA WARSZAWA from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the game, RIVER PLATE's Melchor Tebaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Silviano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Lichucki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Brytan in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. RIVER PLATE's Christian Silviano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wlodzimierz Lichucki in the 31st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Wlodzimierz Lichucki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Silviano was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After some careless play in the LEGIA WARSZAWA defense, Domingos Fortun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julian Zbydniewski. RIVER PLATE's Christian Silviano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save RIVER PLATE from getting a goal against them. 86 minutes into the match, Domingos Fortun notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of LEGIA WARSZAWA's Julian Zbydniewski. Julian Zbydniewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of LEGIA WARSZAWA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of RIVER PLATE:s goal. The referee gave RIVER PLATE a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Domingos Fortun, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LEGIA WARSZAWA's Julian Zbydniewski. 4-1. 94 minutes into the match, LEGIA WARSZAWA's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Tebaldo came free, but Julian Zbydniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
